Payment / Registration

After the payment has been made, you are kindly requested to upload the receipt to the registration form located at the bottom of the page.

• The registration fee for listeners (non-presenting participants) is 500 TL.

• For multi-authored papers, the registration fee must be paid separately by each author.

IMPORTANT NOTE!

The participation fee shall be deposited to the designated bank account, which will be announced within the dates specified in the symposium schedule. The name and surname of the author of the paper, as well as the phrase “CWS/KAEM Symposium 2026", must be included in the payment description section of the bank transfer. The bank receipt must be uploaded to the file upload section of the registration form after completing the form.

For multi-authored papers, only the participant who pays the registration fee and/or presents the paper will be eligible to receive a certificate of participation and benefit from the symposium's facilities. Other co-authors may obtain a participation certificate and benefit from the symposium facilities only if they also pay the registration fee.

An author may present a maximum of two papers and may appear as a co-author in up to three papers. Authors presenting more than one paper are required to pay a separate participation fee for each paper.

The submitted papers will be published electronically in the “Symposium Proceedings Book" with an ISBN number after the symposium. Considering that contributions and critiques may be made during the presentations and that presenters may revise their papers accordingly, full texts must be revised in line with the specified formatting guidelines after the symposium and submitted via email to ukags@emu.edu.tr no later than 30 October 2026, Friday, by the end of working hours.
